Recently, Zhang Hui, Deputy Secretary-General of both the International Renewable Energy Equipment Recycling Association and the China National Resources Recycling Association ,Committee for Wind and Solar Equipment Recycling, was invited by the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) to attend the APAC Wind Energy Summit held in Hanoi, Vietnam.
